My relationship with the body began at eighteen — a single Reiki treatment that changed everything. What followed was not a career plan. It was a life lived in pursuit of that feeling.
I trained in Thai massage at Wat Po in Bangkok, one of the world's most respected schools for the practice. I lived in Thailand for three years, studied craniosacral therapy, Reiki, Tui Na, deep tissue, and somatic approaches — building a toolkit that spans Eastern and Western traditions, structural and energetic work.
By the time I received my California license in 2023, I was not a student. I was someone formalizing what two decades of lived practice had already taught me.
I come to you. No waiting rooms, no strangers, no performance. Just focused, present care — in the stillness of your own home.
Why it matters
Some things must be felt to be understood.
Skilled human touch does something to the nervous system that nothing else can replicate — not a screen, not a supplement, not a technique delivered without genuine presence. It triggers the release of oxytocin. It signals safety to a body that has forgotten what that feels like. It creates the conditions for the body's own intelligence to reactivate.
In a world that increasingly mediates everything through a device, actual human contact — non-transactional, present, intentional — has become quietly rare. Most people don't recognise how much they are missing it, because the absence has become the norm.
